Please use the list of common issues and needs on this page to reach the right contact. NERSC’s business hours are M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Pacific Time (except holidays).
If you cannot change your password online, email account support. Staff are available Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific Time (except holidays).

Apply for an allocation of computing time and data storage.

Visit the Center Status page.
Open an incident at the NERSC help portal with "Category = Security."
If you can't access the help portal and need urgent assistance, email our security team at security@nersc.gov.
Check the Center Status page first.
Call +1 800-666-3772 (USA only), menu option 1, or +1 510-486-8600, menu option 1. If you don't receive an answer, please leave a message describing the issue.
