Don’t miss the opportunity to share your research with your peers and DOE staffers at the NERSC User Group (NUG) 2025 Annual Meeting, held October 8-9, 2025, on the campus of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab).
At this year’s meeting, NERSC users have the opportunity to submit talks outlining work done on Perlmutter. Talks may range from 10 - 30 minutes, depending on scheduling and topic and must highlight the use of NERSC resources to achieve scientific results.
Deadlines and notification
Submissions must be received by Monday, July 21, 2025, 5 p.m. PDT.
Notifications of acceptance will be delivered in the first week of August.

About the NUG Annual Meeting
The NUG Annual Meeting features panels, expert talks for fellow NUG members, updates from Department of Energy Office of Science program managers, networking and idea exchange with fellow NERSC users, face time with NERSC staff, and a little fun, too.
