Norm Bourassa has 25 years of experience in building energy engineering and energy efficiency research. He currently works in the NERSC Building Infrastructure Group, drawing on his building science experience for the development, deployment, and use of HPC and infrastructure monitoring and analysis tools designed to improve NERSC power demand and energy efficiency performance. He joined NERSC in 2017, moving from the Building Technology & Urban System Division. Mr. Bourassa has degrees in Architecture (University of California Berkeley) and Electronics Engineering Technology (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Edmonton, Alberta).
