NERSC relies on this annual survey for important feedback not only to understand how we are doing, but also to gather insights and suggestions for improvement.
Please look out for an email from National Business Research Institute (NBRI), a company with expertise in user satisfaction surveys. The invitation has been emailed to all NERSC users. However, in some cases, it may have been directed to another folder or labeled as spam.
