NERSC consulting and account support services will be minimal during the Berkeley Lab Winter Shutdown period, which begins on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 and runs through January 1, 2026.
The help desk will be closed for the entire period. However, limited account support and consulting will be available on Monday, December 29, and Tuesday, December 30, 2025, addressing only the most urgent issues.
Regular consulting and account support will resume on Friday, January 2, 2026.
