NERSC Holiday Schedule

All NERSC computing and storage systems will remain in full operation throughout the holiday season (Tuesday December 24 through Wednesday January 1).
From Tuesday December 24 through Wednesday January 1, NERSC Consulting and Account Support services will be available *only* on Friday December 27 and Monday December 30, from 8:00 to 5:00 Pacific Time. Normal Consulting and Account Support schedules will resume on Thursday, January 2.
As always, critical system problems may be reported at any time to NERSC Operations at 1-800-666-3772, menu option 1, or 1-510-486-6821. You should also contact Operations if you need to have your password reset (or login failures cleared) over the holidays.
