Reservation Cutoff Date

On Nov. 5 (cut-off date), this room block will be released, and late reservations will be accepted on a space available basis, at the prevailing market rate.

Getting to the Hotel

The hotel is directly opposite the Twinbrook stop on the Washington Metro. Parking at the hotel costs $15.00 per night. The TwinBrook station is three stops from the Shady Grove end of the Red line.

Refreshments

Continuous refreshments will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday and lunch will be provided on both days.
