ALCF is hosting an INCITE GPU Hackathon for application teams to work with expert mentors to prepare your codes and boost its performance. The hackathon is open to NERSC users.
Description
Join the 2026 ALCF INCITE GPU Hackathon to work with expert mentors to prepare your code and boost its performance for the upcoming INCITE call for proposals as well as DOE's ASCR Leadership Computing Challenge (ALCC). Applications will be accepted for both ALCF Aurora and Polaris. Polaris is a system similar to NERSC Perlmutter.
The hackathon will pair selected teams of researchers with experts from ALCF and vendors. Teams will work together on their applications for their upcoming INCITE and/or ALCC proposal submissions. Each team needs to submit one application, and each team should have a minimum of two participants who will attend the in-person week.
With the INCITE call opening in January 2026, this is a great opportunity to help prepare you for your proposal.
