Computer Security
  • Open an incident at the NERSC help portal with Category = Security.
  • If you are unable to access the help portal and need urgent assistance, send email to security@nersc.gov  or call +1 510-486-3772, menu option 1
Urgent issues
  •  Call + 1 510-486-8600 and follow the menu choices. NERSC consulting and account support staff are available during business hours (8-5 Pacific time, excluding weekends and holidays). Computer operations staff are available at all times to receive urgent reports.
