The other ESSL filesets each have their own README files. Please see them for information specific to those filesets. CONTENTS OF THIS DOCUMENT _________________________ Keeping ESSL 3.1.2 POWER2 Libraries and C++ application programs. If you don't have POWER2 processors or if you don't link ESSL 3.1.2 POWER2 Libraries with your C++ application program, ignore this section. If you have POWER2 processors and link the ESSL 3.1.2 POWER2 libraries with your C++ application program, note that the ESSL header file, /usr/include/essl.h, provided in this release is not compatible with the ESSL 3.1.2 header file. See Chapter 6 in the "ESSL for AIX Version 3 Release 3 Guide and Reference", SA22-7272-04, for details. Contact IBM service if you need a copy of the ESSL 3.1.2 header file.
