OpenMP and Vectorization Training: Tue October 28
Members of the NERSC Users Services Group will present a 2.5-hour training session about OpenMP and vectorization on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, from 09:00 to 12:00 PDT. This event is part of NERSC's preparation for the Cori system and is intended to be a practical look at some of the aspects of these two optimization methods. For the OpenMP portion, it will be assumed that attendees have some basic knowledge of the OpenMP programming model.
There is no registration for the online event. Visit the remote setup page for connection information.
If you wish to attend locally in Oakland, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Local attendees will have the opportunity to take a tour of the NERSC machine room.
