PDSF Account Request Form

Use of PDSF is restricted to researchers that have made, or plan to make, contributions to shared PDSF resources. In order to gain access to PDSF, either as a user or as a new project, please fill out the following form and press the "submit" button. All fields are required except for the FAX number which is optional.

After a user submits an account request an email is sent to the Principal Investigator (PI) of the user's project who can then enter the information from the form into NERSC Information Management (NIM).  New project requests are sent to the PDSF staff for consideration.
