Hopper: Cray XT5 --> XE6

Hopper, named in honor of American computer scientist Grace Hopper, will be upgraded to an XE6 system in the late summer 2010. The peta-flop phase 2 system will use the new Cray Gemini high speed interconnect network and the AMD Magny-Cours processors. (Specifications and more information about the phase II system.)
