------------------------------ Planned Outages -----------------------------

NERSC Center: 03/24/10 08:00-16:00PT, Center-wide outage.  During this 
              time, no batch jobs will run, and interactive access to the
              computational platforms will be blocked.  Note that between
              08:30 and 10:30, external access to *all* NERSC resources 
              will be interrupted occasionally; this includes access to
              HPSS, PDSF, and the NERSC website.

Franklin:     03/24/10 08:00-16:00PT, Scheduled maintenance.
                      The OS will be upgraded from CLE 2.1 to CLE 2.2. 
                      Users are strongly recommended to recompile their 
                      applications after the upgrade.

HPSS User:    03/24/10 09:00-12:00PT, Scheduled maintenance.

PDSF:         03/18/10 09:00-10:00PT, Scheduled maintenance.
                      PDSF4.nersc.gov down for upgrade to SL5.  In case of
                      login problems with pdsf.nersc.gov, please use 
                      specific pdsf[1,2,3].nersc.gov hosts.
