Maple at NERSC

Maple provides for the manipulation of symbolic-algebraic expressions, arbitrary-precision numerics, both 2-D and 3-D graphics, and programming. New features include spreadsheet functionality, a simplified means of creating WWW sites, an enhanced GUI, and context sensitive menus.

To use the default version of MAPLE, include the line:

% module load maple

MaplePrimes provides new add-on packages for Maple, electronic documentation, and many other Maple resources. NERSC users can set-up their own personal account at http://www.mapleprimes.com. To register, you will need NERSC authorization code. The authorization code information can be obtained by logging into jacquard or davinci and typing the command:

% module help maple
