Year-to-Date User/Repository Usage

How to get here: click Search & Reports -> select Use: Yearly Usr/Repo -> set search criteria in Search Yearly User/Repo Usage -> click Submit Query |
The year-to-date MPP or HPSS yearly usage frame shows usage for a user or list or users or a repository or list of repositories.

For information on using the sort arrows and output options, see Sorting and Formatting Your Output.
For each repo, the common information listed is
- Repo
- The repository name.
- Login
- The login name.
- Alloc Type
- The allocation type (e.g. startup, doe base, SciDAC, etc.)
- Hrs Used
- The amount of MPP hours or SRUs used by this user.
- % Used
- The percentage of the amount of MPP hours or SRUs that has been used, year-to-date.
- % Allowed
- The percentage of the total amount of MPP hours or SRUs in this repository that this user is allowed to use.
- % Quota Used
- The percentage of the the user's quota of allowed MPP Hours or SRU's that the user has used.
- Balance
- The amount the user has left.
The columns which appears only in the MPP usage display are:
- Charged
- The amount of MPP hours that user has charged.
The columns which appears only in the HPSS usage display are:
- SRU Files
- 0.0000393 x number of files.
- SRU Space
- 0.0131147 x GB of spaced used in the archive.
- SRU I/O
- 4.0 x GB of I/O transferred.
- Proj %
- The percentage of the amount of MPP hours or SRUs that has been used for this project.
