How to get here:

click Search & Reports -> select Use: Yearly Repo -> set search criteria in Search Year-to-Date Repository Usage -> click Submit Query

The year-to-date MPP or HPSS usage in this repository or repositories frame shows usage for a repository or list of repositories.

For each repo, the common information listed is

Repo
The repository name.
PI Name
The name of the repository's PI.
Organization
The PI's organization.
Allocated
The amount of MPP hours or SRUs allocated to this repository.
Charged
The amount of MPP hours or SRUs that have been charged, year-to date, to this repository.
Balance
The MPP hours or SRUs remaining in this repository.
% Used
The percentage of the amount of MPP hours or SRUs allocated to this repository that has been used, year-to-date.

The columns which appears only in the MPP usage display are:

Hrs Used
SP Hours Used.
Avg CF
The average priority charge factor (1.0 for regular, 2.0 for premium, 0.5 for low.)
Last 30 days
The usage in the lasy 30 days.
