-> set search criteria in Search Repos
-> click Submit Query

The Repository Summary frame shows summary information and usage for
a repository or list of repositories.
Example Display
For each repo, the information listed is
- Repo
- The repository name.
- Resrc (Resource Type)
- MPP (Massively Parallel Processor)
- Alloc Type (Allocation Type)
- One of Production (DOEPROD),
NERSC overhead accounts (OVRHD), or Startup (STARTUP) (new accounts with
limited awards).
- PI
- The principal investigator.
- Organization
- The organization associated with the principal investigator.
- Off/Prog (DOE Office & Program)
- The repo's
DOE Office and Program.
- Allocated (Current Allocation)

This
value represents the hours available for the repo to use for
the entire fiscal year. Since time can be transferred to and
from repositories, the value of current allocation
may not be the same as
the Initial Year Allocation. See
Repository Information to view the Initial Year Allocation.
- Hrs Charged (Repo Hours Charged)
- This is the fiscal year-to-date charge against this repository.
- Avg CF (Average Charge Factor)
- The Average Charge Factor. This is the ratio of Hours
Charged to Hours Used and represents the average
Priority Charge Factor charged to this repository (Premium=2, Regular=1,
Low=0.5)
- Balance (Repo Hours Remaining)
- The hours remaining (balance) in this repo for this fiscal year.
- % Used (Repo Percent Used)
- The percentage of the Current Allocation that has been
used by the repository.(i.e., 100*(Repo Hours Charged/Current Allocation)
