ERCAP Access Request Form

This form is to request access or access changes to NERSC's allocation request system (ERCAP).

• If you are completely new to NERSC and wish to make an allocation request as a new Principal Investigator go to this section.
• If you have or have had a NERSC account, and you need to be newly identified as a PI, go here.
• If need to designate someone to write your request for you (a "PI Proxy"), go here. If you wish to designate more than one proxy, simply submit a copy of this form for each proxy.

When you are done, please click on Submit Request at the bottom of the page. This form will then be sent to the Account Support Office.

If you are new to NERSC you also need to print, fill out and fax back the Computer Use Policies Form.

After the Account Support Office has received both this form and the Computer Use Policies Form they will contact you (and your Proxy) about your NIM login name and password.
