New Look Coming to NERSC Login Page

May 21, 2018

If you log into NERSC services, like the help desk or website, the login page you're familiar with will be updated on June 11. The new login page will offer a more streamlined design and better support for mobile devices in addition to better support for multi-factor authentication and single sign-on. To minimize surprise or alarm, NERSC is announcing the change well in advance. Normally, users are asked to file a ticket or call 1-800-66-NERSC if they see unexpected changes in the login process as it could signal an attack or an attempt to intercept user credentials.
