Dear PIs and project managers,

DOE has added an additional 11 million MPP hours to the Large Scale 
Reimbursement Program, bringing the total to 37 million hours.  Of this, 
and after reimbursements through June 20, 8 million hours remain.  We 
expect to get more time added in the mid July time frame.
