    Dear Franklin users,
    
    Currently there is a compiler license problem for the new pgi/7.1.4.  We 
    are working on it and expect to resolve this issue by next Monday. 
    
    Note: This does not affect compiling your codes using the current 
    default pgi version of 7.0.7.
