    Greetings NERSC User,

NERSC will begin normal charging for Franklin batch jobs on
Tuesday, January 8.  Users should review jobs that have been
submitted, to ensure that any currently pending jobs that
might start after 00:01 on Tuesday are "worth" paying for.
If you have submitted many jobs to Franklin because the time
has been "free", you might want to delete some of them!
