    Dear NERSC Users,

Climate Data Operators (CDO) is a collection of command line operators 
to manipulate and analyze Climate model Data. Supported data formats are 
GRIB, netCDF, SERVICE, EXTRA and IEG. There are more than 350 operators 
available. 

We have installed Climate Data Operators (CDO) version 1.0.9 on 
Franklin, Bassi, Jacquard, and Davinci. To use it, simply issue:
   % module load cdo
The "cdo" module automatically loads the module "netcdf".
