    The default version of the Pathscale compilers on Jacquard will be 
upgraded from version 3.0 to 3.1 on  Monday, 11/26/07.

This is primarily a bug fix release.

This new version is currently on Jacquard in the path/3.1 module and can 
be used now by loading the path/3.1 module:

module load path/3.1

If you experience any problems with this compiler or if the performance 
of any application deteriorates when recompiled with this version, 
please report this with details to consult_at_nersc_dot_gov.
