    NIM has been upgraded to the latest versions of database  and PHP 
software.  The major changes that users will see include:

* Modified password change algorithm to coincide with DOE requirements: 
every password must now have at least one lower case, one upper case, 
one special character and one digit.

* Account managers, PIs and PI proxies will now see their roles instead 
of their account usage displayed when they first log in.  Click the 
Account usage tab to see your account information.
