    Good morning/afternoon NERSC User,

VisIt 1.6.1 is now the default version of VisIt on DaVinci.
To access it, use the "module" command:

% module load visit

Previous versions of VisIt (1.5.5 and 1.6) will continue to
be available (e.g., module load visit/1.6).

A new information page on "Running a Remote VisIt Compute
Engine on DaVinci" is now available at:
http://vis.lbl.gov/NERSC/Software/visit/davinciremote.html
