    Dear NERSC PIs and Account Managers,

I would like to solicit your feedback on proposed changes for the 2008
ERCAP allocations request form.  The proposed changes will help us to
better understand and plan for the NERSC workload, especially in the 
areas of I/O and Analytics.  All comments are welcome.
