Fast turn around for short large node jobs on Seaborg

Dear Seaborg Users,

Tomorrow at 10am PT we will be doing maintenance on the NERSC Global 
Filesystem (NGF).  In preparation, the compute nodes are being drained 
and only jobs which can be completed by 10am are eligible to run before 
the maintenance.  This is a good opportunity to get fast turn around for 
large and medium size jobs requesting only a couple of hours of wall 
clock time.

Jobs using /scratch will run during the maintenance.  Interactive and 
debug classes will be available to users running out of /scratch as well.
