    Dear NERSC PIs and Project Managers,

As you know, the 2006 allocation year has been extended through January 
8, 2007.  The DOE Program offices have been given additional time to 
allocate, which they will be doing over the next few weeks.  Because of 
this, I have moved the date for reductions due to low usage from August 
1 to October 1.  See:
