Nominations Sought for 2006 Cray and Fernbach Awards

Greetings NERSC users,

Nominations are solicited by July 31 for the 2006 IEEE Computer Society 
Seymour Cray and Sidney Fernbach Awards. The awards will be presented in 
November at the SC06 conference in Tampa, Florida.  The Cray award 
carries an honorarium of $10,000 for a contribution to high performance 
computing that best exemplifies the creative spirit demonstrated by 
Seymour Cray.  The Fernbach award an honorarium of $2,000 for an 
outstanding contribution in the application of high performance 
computers using innovative approaches.
