Reminder: Seaborg maintenance this Thursday

Greetings NERSC User,

Seaborg will be unavailable this Thursday, June 8, from 10:00 until 22:00, PDT.
This outage will be used to install many software upgrades from IBM that were
originally scheduled for last month, but had to be postponed.

Users should note that as we approach the outage, the system will not start jobs
that request time limits that would extend them into the maintenance period.
This will create an increasing number of idle nodes.  Users should be able to
get good turnaround for short jobs, perhaps even those requesting a large number
of nodes.
