Greetings NERSC User,

Due to a serious hardware failure, the NERSC Global Filesystem (NGF)
will be taken down for emergency maintenance at 10:30 AM (about 30
minutes from now).  We expect the outage to last about one hour.
Batch jobs that are using NGF ("project directories") will most
likely fail during the outage.

NERSC deeply regrets performing this maintenance with such short notice,
but the nature of the hardware failure dictates that we act quickly to
prevent further failures.
