NERSC has received the FY 2007 allocations timeline from the DOE Office 
of Science:

early April: DOE Call for FY07 INCITE allocations
May 1:       DOE Common Call for FY07 ORNL Leadership / NERSC allocations
June 2:      Close call for FY07 INCITE allocations
             Call for INCITE Renewal information
June 15:     Close call for ORNL Leadership allocations
July 15:     Close call for INCITE renewals
July 26:     Close call for NERSC allocations
Sept 19:     FY07 award letters sent by email to project PIs and PI Proxies
