Dear NERSC User, We have made some major modifications to our Computer Use Policy form to cover updated DOE security requirements. We therefore must require that all active users sign and fax in the new form to us. You will have approximately two months in which to do this; until COB (Close of Business) on April 17th. If we have not received a signed copy of the new form by that time, your account will be disabled until such time as we receive your form. Users who printed out the policy form after February 10th, already have a new form on file. If you are not sure if we have a new form on-file for you, please give us a call at the number below and we can check the version of your form.
