768+ processor jobs to be discounted by 50% on Seaborg

Dear NERSC users,

Effective today, jobs run on 768+ processors (48+ nodes) and charged to 
the regular class will be discounted by 50%.  The discount has 
previously been 25%.

If your project would like assistance for scaling to 48+ nodes, please 
send me an email.  The goal is that only jobs that can effectively use 
48+ nodes should run at this scale. If the amount of your allocation is 
a deterrent please note that in your email.
