Totalview to be upgraded on Seaborg on 8/4/05

The default version of the totalview debugger on Seaborg will be 
upgraded to version 7.0.0-1 on Thursday, 8/4/05.  This new version is 
currently available by loading the totalview/7.0.0-1 module.
