    Notice to all seaborg users:

All job classes on Seaborg are now draining in preparation for 
maintenance downtime from 1600 to 2359 PST today. The backfill class is 
now enabled. Jobs may be submitted to it, to run on any number of 
nodes, for up to 4 hours or until the system goes down at 1600.
