Dear SP users,

Totalview 6.2.0-0 has been installed on the IBM SP
(seaborg.nersc.gov).This version has fixed the problem with
allocatable arrays displaying incorrectly.

To access this new version, first load the module "totalview/6.2.0-0".

   %module load totalview/6.2.0-0


Please note, TotalView reads the preferences file
$HOME/.totalview/preferences6.tvd if it exists and sets the
preferences indicated within it before it begins executing. Some
preferences differ from one version to the other. Before running new
version of TotalView for the first time, please rename the preferences
file $HOME/.totalview/preferences6.tvd (if it exists). E.g.


%mv  $HOME/.totalview/preferences6.tvd
$HOME/.totalview/preferences6.tvd.old


Please note, to switch back from new to the current version 6.0.0-1,
you will again have to rename the preferences file
$HOME/.totalview/preferences6.tvd.

The new version will become the default on June 24, 2003.  The current
version,6.0.0-1 will be removed on July 8, 2003.
