Dear NERSC User,
NERSC has a new web interface to help you solve your NERSC-related
problems. The new web pages allow you to submit questions for the
NERSC consultants and track them online. You can also browse our
database of solutions to common problems asked by other users.
Access to the interface requires your active NERSC login name and your
password for the NERSC accounting interface, NIM. If you do not know
your NIM password, please call the NERSC Account Support office at
1-800-66-NERSC, menu option 2 or 510 486-8612.
The URL for the NERSC Online Consulting interface is:
https://help.nersc.gov/
This interface replaces and significantly upgrades the existing NERSC
Online Consulting Web interface. Questions will be updated immediately
as they are solved by the consulting staff. You can provide additional
information online at any time.
All problems reported to the NERSC consultants will be tracked in the
new system and will be available for you to read online. This includes
all questions submitted via the web, emails to consult@nersc.gov,
and phone calls to the NERSC consultants.
