Dear NERSC Users,

On Tuesday, December 18,  ESCHER will be down during
 14:00 to 18:00, pacific time, to install OS upgrade
 IRIX  6.5.14. IRIX 6.5.14,  incorporates bug-fixes and
 resolves several security vulnerabilities.
