Cray PrgEnv upgrade August 13, 2001

On Monday morning, August 13, 2001, the default programming 
environment was upgraded on all of the Cray computers 
at NERSC
 
The previous defaults are 
kept as part of the PrgEnv.old module until the next upgrade.

These are minor bugfix releases.

reported by NERSC are fixed in these releases:

In addition this version fixes a bug that caused this internal
error message to occur at link time for some cf90 codes:

FATAL ERROR: Parcel address > next destination address
