Dear NERSC SP Users,

When you run LoadLeveler jobs on seaborg, you are charged for use
of nodes (not processors), and generally you should use 16 tasks
per node for MPI jobs.  You are charged for the entire node,
including 16 processors and memory, based on your wall-clock
time, even if you only use 1, 2 or 4 processors.  See the Web
