Dear NERSC SP Users,

Recent problems with Loadleveler on gseaborg have been attributed to a
bug in Loadleveler V2.1.  Based on a recommendation from IBM, we will
upgrade Loadleveler to Version 2.2 which does not have this problem.

To facilitate this, we have already commenced draining Loadleveler. All
currently running jobs  will run to completion.  Queued jobs will be
preserved and should run as soon as the upgrade has completed.

We anticipate that this upgrade should be completed and that Loadleveler
V2.2 will be in full production by 1:30 PM (PST) today.
