Dear NERSC PVP User,

As I write this, there are 70 batch jobs running on the NERSC PVP cluster,
but only 23 jobs pending in NQE (excluding a group of NERSC staff jobs
used for system monitoring).  With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, 
this raises the possibility that the machines might exhibit some idle time
over the long weekend.

If you have any PVP jobs that you have been waiting to run, this would be
a very good time to submit them!
