ERSUG Meeting: Monday November 15, 1999

Doubletree Hotel - Lloyd Center, Portland

The next NERSC User Group (ERSUG) meeting will be held in conjunction with the Supercomputing 99 meeting in Portland, OR, on Monday November 15, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. The SC99 main exhibit opens Monday evening.

Hotel space for SC99 is fast running out. Those planning to attend ERSUG or SC99 are advised to register for housing soon by way of the SC99 web pages at http://www.sc99.org.

A small block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree Hotel - Lloyd Center, Portland, to accommodate members attending the Fall ERSUG meeting taking place at that same location on Monday, November 15th.

The rate is $113 plus tax and the firm deadline for reservations is Thursday, October 14th.

To reserve, please do not contact the hotel directly, there is a third party holding this block on our behalf.
