ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Radisson Barcelo. Those
wishing to reserve a room in this block should contact Annette D'Adamo
at Berkeley Lab (contact info below). Names for this block will be
submitted via a rooming list by September 18th. After that time, all
changes to arrangements can be made with the hotel directly. If you
wish to make your reservation with the hotel directly, the negotiated
rate of $79.00 single/double plus applicable taxes cannot be guaranteed.

ROOM RESERVATION DEADLINE
Contact Annette no later than Thursday, September 17th 5:00pm PT. After
this date individuals will be responsible for their own arrangements.
AIRPORT INFORMATION and DIRECTIONS
The Radisson Barcelo is located approximately 25 minutes from the
Orlando International Airport.
Take West528 (Bee-line Expressway) to International Drive exit #1. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right and go two miles past the Orange County Convention Center. On your right will be the "Mercado Mediterranean Shopping Village". The Radisson Barcelo is located directly across the street in Jamaican Court.
SC98 EXHIBIT FLOOR ACCESS
NERSC and Berkeley Lab cordially invite ERSUG members to visit our booth on
the exhibit floor of SC98. Those interested in receiving a complimentary
one-day guest pass valid on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during show hours
should contact Roberta Boucher (contact info. below). Note that these are
available on a first-come-first-served basis. This year's research and
industry exhibits are shaping up to be exciting and informational! More
