NUG Meeting LogisticsMeeting Location
Food and RefreshmentsEarly morning refreshments (breakfast) will not be provided. Breakfast is included in the room price for those staying at the Princeton Holiday Inn. Refreshments for mid-morning breaks will include coffee, tea, juice, pastries and bagels. Lunch will be provided for those who registered for the meeting, catered by the PPPL cafeteria. Afternoon cookies, brownies, coffee, tea and bottled water will be available. Monday DinnerPPPL Deputy Director Richard Hawryluk will give a talk entitled The Fusion Program and ITER at the NUG Dinner Monday, June 12. The dinner will be in the Rome Room at the Holiday Inn Princeton, 100 Independence Way, Princeton, NJ 08540. The dinner is free, but you must have registered for the NUG meeting before June 6 if you want to attend. Princeton WeatherHighs around 80 and lows in the 60s are typical in central New Jersey the second week of June. Extreme highs are in the low 90s and extreme lows are around 50. |
