ERSUG Meeting Information

The ERSUG meeting is scheduled for June 13 & 14, 1995 at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The meeting will take place at the National Energy Research Supercomputer Center, Building 451, White conference room (room 1025).

Room rates are $71/night for single occupancy and $81/night for double occupancy (does not include the tax of 8%). The rooms will be held until May 29, 1995. Reservations received after this date will be taken on a space and rate availability basis. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Arrangements for early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.

To make your reservations, send e-mail to northam@nersc.gov, with the date of your arrival and date of departure. If you would like to make reservations on your own, you can call the hotel directly. Rooms are reserved under LLNL/ERSUG.
