The ERSUG meeting is scheduled for January 8, & 9 , and will be held at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. The exact LBNL location has not yet been determined. Virginia Northam has booked a block of rooms at the Berkeley Marina Marriott, 200 Marina Blvd, Berkeley, CA 94710, 510/548-7920. Please indicate that you are with the ERSUG group, to guarantee a government rate of $89/night, plus 12% tax. The check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is noon. The hotel will accommodate any early arrivals or late departures on a guest room availability basis.
